yeah I know it’s frustrating because the videos show it inside yet their pics show it outside. Like I said, I had to call and speak to them directly, and they said the tabs go outside. Here’s a pic from them showing the tabs outside. I think the video showed a wrong install which is unfortunate for them. Good luck getting them to fit inside without having them touch the flaps.

DMS Lift out of Missouri.

these guys were great and very affordable. Great customer service. They drove down on a Sunday morning and arrived at noon to Dallas from Nixon, Missouri, and were done with the install and tutorial by 3pm. I’m sure there are better lifts but for me it’s perfect and they were the only lift vendor that included installation and stood by their work.

I don’t see any prices on their website. Did you get the 8000 or 8000XLT - and what was the installed price?

$4795 for the 8000 lift with 4 rolling casters, jack tray, approach ramps, 3 drip trays, and installation.

That’s a great price for 4 post lift installed. Thank you for the information.

Not crazy about putting holes in the plastic trim with those mounting screws. I may go the rennline route which mount behind the bumper cover.

Are there any critical structures that could be damaged with the screws used to fix the central grille?

absolutely not. It's just that you have small holes on the black plastic, visible in case you remove. Will try to use silicone instead for the outer ones. Will let know.

Agreed, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything, just would leave small holes.

I'd make sure to also use a 1/32" drill bit to drill a pilot hole where you want to affix.

I tried them and I kept getting codes thrown re: the louvers. I ended up sending them back.

interesting. Good to know. I just did a 2k mile road trip to ATL and Tail of the Dragon and had no issues with mine. But I also checked to make sure there was clearance after install. Do you have pics?

I am waiting on my car. Perhaps that is the reason for tab to be outside - to avoid contact w louvres.
