Couldn't find this easily after a search - looking for a comprehensive list of changes by year for the 992 TTS - 2021 through 2024. Starting to get interested in buying one as a stable mate for my 991.2 TTS and would like to know 992 TTS differences/improvements by year to narrow down the model search. Alternative is to custom build a new one but that is a long time to wait. Thanks in advance!

I haven't seen anything.
The first 1 or 2 years have a different PCM firmware/software I think, maybe no color icons?
Other than that, I have never seen any updates or a list. Maybe some revised parts made it onto the '23s in regard to some of the TSBs that are out?
I would feel safe grabbing any year, just make sure any TSBs were looked after.

Answering my own question - from Car & Driver: https://www.caranddriver.com/porsche...o-turbo-s-2022
For 2022, the only change to the 911 Turbo impacts its infotainment system, with the addition of the company's latest generation of Porsche Communication Management (PCM). It now has more features for Apple products, such as the arrival of wireless CarPlay. Plus, Android Auto is now included for the first time. The navigation system has also been updated, and can process routes faster. Porsche says the voice-recognition software better recognizes instructions, too. Thanks to over-the-air technology, the six-gen PCM can now be wirelessly updated in the future.
While the majority of equipment remains the same for the 2023 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S, a limited-edition Sport Classic is new this year, combining the look of the 911 Turbo with a 543-hp version of the Turbo's engine, rear-drive, and the seven-speed manual of the normal 911. The standard Turbo engine was detuned to work within the manual transmission's power limits. Only 1250 will be available globally with a price tag of $273,750.
The 911 Turbo and Turbo S are largely unchanged for 2024, the only updates being the addition of wireless Android Auto capability and native Spotify integration in the infotainment system.

This is a great post! I genuinely had no idea that anything had changed between model years.

1. Checkout the TSBs here: https://rennlist.com/forums/tsb_reca...rsche/911/2023
Might help identify year by year changes (e.g. believe there were some fuel injector issues on early 992 TT/S cars that was addressed by 2022 in one of the TSBs)
2. Believe I saw some posts that stop/start is on some 2024s and that some w/2024s have had it "added back" by dealers during service visits (I dunno/can't recall), but you can remove S/S with some of the tuners.
cheers,
