mine have been shipped and I should receive them in about a week. The pics I posted are my actual wheels, they sent me pics when they were finished. The whole process has been pretty good, they are reply to questions very quickly and sent me 3D drawings of them before they started to make sure that is what I wanted. When they were done they sent me pics of the actual wheels and a video going over one of them from different angles.
so was it quicker than you thought? About how long from the time you decided to delivery? Did you do air or ship to get them?

I’m sure you’ll get them over the next 10 days or so. Did you already order the tire pressure monitors or are you just going to use the ones you have?

I ordered new ones from tpmsbargains.com. they were only $150 or so and I can keep my OEM stuff ready to back on if need be.

I struggled w/ this same decision - I bought a set of HRE101s of a forum member for my 992 TTS and LOVE them - so I ordered a new set of HRE101LW for my GT3 - I think they were $13,000 and 3 month wait. They are beautiful and very light. I then started looking for a set for track use - so opted to go with a custom set from one of the vendors who source in China. The aftermarket wheels were styled like the HRE101s, and I received them last week. They are absolutely beautiful - the finish on them is actually MUCH better than HREs. I was vey happy with them. . . . until I put them on the scale. The rear wheels are 14LBS EACH heavier than the HRE LWs, and fronts are 9 LBS each heavier - a whopping 46 lb weight penalty. I'm pretty certain I will be able to feel the difference in adding 50 lbs. When I compared them to the stock GT3 wheels, which are pretty light, they are about 9 lbs heavier rears, and 5 lbs heaver front, so 28 lbs heavier than stock. Lesson here is ASK the weight before buying, which I didn't do. The knock off wheels look amazing, but I think they just leave a lot of material on them as they don't want them to break. I learned my lesson from this one, and am sticking with known / tested / proven OEM quality wheels.
