2023 992 Turbo
eBay For Sale

Heads up folks. The party may not be over, but it might be "Last Call". OTOH This could be a one off (and it is eBay after all) . . . . but still . . . .

Somethings up with that car as the MSRP on my Carrera S was over that. No way 23 turbo didn't sell for 170. Crazy

Seller wanted more than $170k obviously, so it didn't sell. Not because there were no buyers at $170k.

You can also look at Cars & Bids, where only GT3s and Targas have sold near or above MSRP for a while now... And even the GT3s are only selling for 15-35k over. The ZIRP money tree that was funding this luxury goods bubble is drying up. It took longer than expected but it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

The auction result of a $200k car isn’t indicative of the market.

I consider myself internet savvy, aware of scams, but I don’t even trust buying a Porsche t-shirt on eBay in fear of it being a replica.

If you’re willing to take the risk and put in the work, I think auction sites are a good way to get a 911 cheaper. But most people only feel comfortable doing it through a dealership, and are willing to pay the premium.

Overpaying for cars is a good way to launder money.

I believe the Party is over for sure.

I have been flirting with an Audi R8 RWD at 2 Dealerships and both wanted $50,000 over. I laughed, in person, at both Dealerships and conveyed I do not pay over MSRP but if you can get it more power to you. This was about 6 weeks ago and neither have sold them

This week both Dealerships have called me, sent me numerous emails, and even videos of the cars saying they will sell me at MSRP.

Too late!!!.

I don't see anything drying up given what bitcoin has done the past couple of months.

when I was shopping for mine I seen that. He was asking $380g back in May. He's thinking that extremely rare sport package (his words) is worth 80g
