Dead Battery

Went to get in 1.5 year old 992 TTS this morning and both remotes won't open the doors. In fact, when clicking on the remote's "Open" button, the Porsche Logo at the top of the remote flashes red a few times. Even though my car is hooked up to a Ctek charger and it showed my battery was fully charged, I believe the battery is dead. How do I get into the car then? (I remember this was discussed a long time ago). Also, does Porsche's road side assistance have any way to get into the car to jump it?
Also, my car has about 7K miles and is only 1.5 years old. Is the battery covered under the warranty?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is a key in you key fob that you can remove to use to open your car with a dead battery. Lift the door handle up and you will see a key opening where you can insert the key.

My battery dies (or it seems dead) when I don't drive it for a few weeks. Then I have to go into the fuse box to jump and try to get enough
juice to pop the trunk. This usually works better if you spam the trunk button your remote as opposed to the manual lever in the car.
Once the trunk is open the battery doesn't seem to charge with my lithium charger. I get out my old charger from 1970 and charge it at 12amp
for 15 minutes and the car wakes up and now my lithium charger works and it shows the battery is 1/2 charged already. Kinda weird
