Why are there so few Turbo's

Turbo was always the goal for me...my first Porsche and plenty of heritage to be proud of. It was also easier to get an allocation...1st one in Canada to my surprise.
My TT is a 4 season daily and didnt want ceramics or centerlocks like others TT drivers. Part of me was unfamiliar with these options and intimidated by the potential hassle.
What I did want was a titanium exhaust and customs wheels (summer and winter)...so money saved was money spent. With a tune...FAF.

I just ordered a Turbo because I didn't want PCCB, adaptive sport seats, or the extra power. I did option S wheels and PDCC, so my car will be somewhere in between the two.
My dealer did tell me that my car would be one of the last 992.1 Turbos made, but that S production would continue for a while longer.

In my case, I went with the turbo because I did not want PCCB nor PDCC. I would have however gladly spend more money for the extra 70hp. I find it frustrating that Porsche forces an upsell of options you don’t want to be able get the next model up. But it seems to be a business model that works very well for them.
