Bluetooth no longer working?

Took delivery of a new TTS a couple of weeks ago and have had the usual issues of the PCM being terrible at connecting to phones / CarPlay taking minutes to launch etc. However, now it appears that my PCM is no longer interested in connecting to my phone whatsoever. I noticed the Bluetooth option is unchecked in the PCM and I can’t check it anymore. Same with the WiFi option (although the phone can still connect to that).
I did a reset of the PCM but that didn’t seem to resolve it. Local dealer says there is a software issue particularly with the 911s.
Anyone else facing this problem?

iPhone 14 with the latest iOS (17.something). However, that doesn’t explain why the Bluetooth option is no longer able to checked or unchecked in the PCM software.

Here comes the irony on the “connect phone via USB” - my console lid is broken, the button (I guess the spring inside) stopped working a day or so after delivery. Dealer is now ordering an entirely new lid from Germany and have managed to put the lid in the closed position so it doesn’t swing open and about when driving. Basically I can’t open it for a month until the new parts arrive

Some people have had issues since the latest apple update, in porsche's, corvette's, cadillac's and bmw's, all my cars are fine exceot my cadillac's, those I had to delete and re-pair the device to the car and it worked fine after that

Thanks both. I'm currently traveling for a few weeks so won't be able to try the battery disconnect (although I did a full hard reset of PCM via the "engineering" mode view").
In regards the latest iOS updates, I don't think this is related because the PCM is refusing to even search for phones and the options for Bluetooth enablement and WiFi enablement are not selectable.
Will continue the debugging when I get home in a while and report back if anything works.
