I Lost the Illuminated “Turbo S” Script on My Tach - Any Thoughts?
Having jumped into my 2023 Turbo S Cab this morning at 5.30am (and therefore still dark) I see that my “Turbo S” script didn’t illuminate on the tach. Here’s a pic:
Everything else works fine, including the “BRAKE” illuminated in red that shows up just to the left when I parked the. car Any thoughts here?
Oh, wow, mine does not light up too. I did not know it should. LEDs don't normally burn out - even generic cheap ones last >50K hours these days (I'm building a house with an LED wall, so got into that rabbit hole).

unfortunately dealer time for electrical work - warranty coverage hopefully…hopefully just a bulb
Yup, I’ve heard from pretty much everyone that I’m basically a dope and that it doesn’t illuminate…. But in my defense, with only 1,400 miles in it so far I just hadn’t had enough seat time to know if that was normal or not and I assumed that since my 2019 Cayenne Turbo lights up this should as well… For the sake of my pride, I may need to ask the moderator to delete this thread

It was actually a pretty good troll post, even if unintentional. Almost got me to schedule a service appointment.
Got me, too. What is strange, is there is a bit of light bleed into the Tu part and it almost does look burnt out at night since some of the T is light up
I know, it’s like it ALMOST wants to illuminate…. But what I’ve noticed is that as the illuminated Tach needle rotates around to between 2k-6k, I think it reflects light back onto the script that (I assume) is just printed on the face of the dial.
Sorry (not sorry) for this red herring, but it’s kind comical that now we are all just a little bit paranoid wondering if it really should be lit or not…
