Default Paid MSRP TTS

My 2022 TTS is expected to land at dealer in September. I did order at the top of market but was still able to get at MSRP. I was not expecting the allocation until 2023 but got it 03/2022.
I am looking forward to getting the TTS but am now left wondering with late 2022 delivery maybe I should have passed and waited or 2023. But still happy to get it!!!

The GT cars that he's talking about were GT2 clubsports...so also Turbo LOL. The TTS was just the easiest to drive the fastest in the conditions present that day, which is such an astronomically amazing thing!

How about a CPO 2021 TTS with 6000 miles - 40k over new?

https://www.porschepittsburgh.com/ce...f832cd249b.htm

Seems about as egregious as I’ve seen.

How do you know what the build amount was? I can’t find it.

It's alot, but in line with what I found when I was searching for a TTS. Many dealerships have them for $30k - $40k over msrp with 5000+ miles.

I paid MSRP for a 2019 Turbo with 5000 miles. That was 2 months ago.

Wow, yeah... I think that supports the point. If the previous platform 991.2 is still selling for msrp, then the new 992 will fetch a premium over msrp in the marketplace.

Man that sucks. Talk about paying top tick. Why would you pay that? Just don’t car about depreciation?

I paid in the range of $25k-$35k over, but I bought new. Seems to be a 'typical' rate for a guy who doesn't buy cars every year/multiples per year.

I sold my 2021 that I paid a couple grand under MSRP for in November 2020 for 50k over MSRP last month. Using the proceeds towards my incoming f8 options

OMG, the new configurator has the Paint To Sample in the actual color of the car now. I realize this is old new to 99% of you but I never tried the new configurator till just now. I'm in shock. Why didn't they have this a year ago? If this was available when I picked my car a year ago I would have picked a special color! WOW! So cool. Guess I'm saving a lot by not trying to buy a new car again... it was a royal pain to begin with before this price increase.
