"When I bought the car in Maryland and had to drive it back to Tampa I went through a thunderstorm and the car put itself in wet mode. I didn’t notice if the spoiler went up I was just very impressed that it went into wet mode on its own. Very cool. I’ll check the spoiler action out by putting it in wet mode manually on my drive today."
Haha let me guess you got the car at Porsche Silver Spring and you were the guy from Florida coming to pick yours the day up after mine.

Yours looks awesome I want to get the wheels the same color as yours, I truthfully thought your car was my car when I first came to the dealer lol. I was like Scott they put the wrong wheels and interior on the car, then I realized this was the other Turbo S they mentioned. But yeah I've seen your car and breathed on it not touched though lol. I wish you many miles.

My spoiler got stuck one in the mid-rise position and wouldn't go up or down. I had to restart and shut the car down a couple of times and it cleared. A few days later I met another TTS owner. After a drive, we stopped to eat. His spoiler wouldn't retract either from mid position. Are others also experiencing sporadic issues with their spoilers?

As far as I know, the car will not put itself in wet mode without driver intervention. There are however “wetness sensors” in the wheel wells that detect water spray and will give you a warning in the instrument cluster to adjust your driving and recommend you engage Wet mode. But it will not switch by itself.

Are you sure about that?

Qustion about my rear spoiler
@rk-d
My rear spoiler is now operating exactly like RK said above. I guess my original observations were wrong. That’s OK. I’m wrong quite often if you ask my wife. All good.

I have a 2024 Turbo. In normal mode, is my spoiler supposed to deploy? I've hit over 70 in normal mode and I don't think I've seen it deploy. Also, this deployment is only the "speed" mode so its just a slight raise of the rear spoiler? Thanks for any info you could provide.

Thanks for the quick reply, so again since I'm very new to this, in normal mode, the spoiler will begin to deploy at 180km/h which is about 112? Under this speed in normal mode the rear spoiler will not deploy? I'm understanding that correctly?

Appreciate it. Side question, my new 911 Turbo didn't come with a physical car manual. My sales rep couldn't even answer that, some say they went digital after 2022. Any conclusive info on that?
