Clear side markers are a no brainer pull out and push in.
I also switched out my front bose tweeters with Dynaudio...DYI removal of A piller and minor cutting on the existing speaker bracket. Huge improvement.
Have bumper plugs on order as the dealer installed the plate. I have switched to a carbonio plate, which is way cleaner but im not ready to do a full repair as it barely visible on a black car.

Center Arm Rest? Do tell...
I assume you mean someone screwed in the front plate on the bumper putting holes in it? YIIKES!!

Interested in this too. I do assume they are MD102's as I cannot see 110's fit in any way shape or form.
Also, did you check and see if impedance of the Dyn's is the same as the Bose? I ask because I don't know whether the tweeters are crossed actively or passively. If the latter, the impedance needs to be the same in order to retain the correct corssover point.

They would still have a thread on the 992 forum if you search.

LOL I meant the rear red markers, I think they just get covered over by the painted covers? Haven’t even opened boxes yet just curious tho.
Found a video on YouTube for the clear rears, no luck on console life tho.

You can change the name of your thread to "Do It Yourself question" by using the "go advanced" in the settings when you edit your original post and... what do you mean "center arm rest"?
You ordered a new center arm rest, inside the car? The part you put your arm on, the center console? Why? What did you get to change what you had?

They recommended and I agreed as the Carbonio plate was not yet developed. I cant visually tolerate tow hook solutions, but should have waited.
When i mounted the Carbonio plate..the holes are concealed and plate in a much better spot.
Gonna clean it up with some plugs or some new PPF/filler/touch-up paint...its really not that noticeable on black car fortunately.
