What does this do to your launches? Is it slower because it's not as finely calibrated as it is from the factory?

I can tell you mine explodes off the line with launch control, when you add 300 hp it can almost blur your vision

I'd love to see Dragy data on your car.

No, Michelin tires and the proper tire pressures and of course above 70 degrees, like driving a video game

Not for me, I just don't have an E85 local. My last few 991's I ran on 100 octane, now at near 15 a gallon I wanted to see if we could make 800 whp on 93 octane pump gas, didn't want to put meth in again, we came up a few hp short of 800 (793) , that was at 500 miles, now with thousand of miles, and a few other things we are at 811, there maybe some more hp, but now we are working on the 23', and plan to go nuts

E85 is not possible on the 992TT/TTS. The hpfp runs out of headroom on full ethanol. We can run up to about E30 on these cars.

would adding a low pressure pump solve that issue?

this is one of the cars we are looking at to replace my wife’s M8 daily, and same issue. We made 704awhp on pump with bolt ons and tune only, e30 would
give us closer to 780 but she doesn’t feel like mixing it every time and I wouldn’t trust her to either. We have a 17 TT R8 she also loves but to get it to the responsiveness of the m8 we would also have to upgrade the fuel system for E85, injectors, low pressure FP and etc.

A LPFP will not solve the issue, It's the HPFP.
