Default Cupholder Trim in Leather

Unfortunately, the configurator doesn't have a rendering of how the "cupholder trim in leather" option actually looks. Does anyone have an image showing what is covered in leather with this option? Many thanks.

I have the part in black leather. You would not know by looking at my car but I hate carbon fiber and when I saw the cup holder and the little carbon trim it just looked out of place, that's when I found all the optional trim that you could bvy for that area, but what I disliked more was the gloss black, really didn't like the carbon options but went with DB Carbon center console in carbon fiber, I personally like it better than the gloss black, and if I get tired of it you can put it back to stock. I'll post a pic a little later

Many thanks! If anyone has a photo of how it looks in the car, that would be great.

I could be wrong, but I thought the passenger cupholder trim in leather was for the pop out cupholder on the dashboard near the passenger door.

I believe it covers just the exposed part on the front that you see when the cupholder is not deployed. When you don’t get the cupholder trim in leather I believe it’s colored plastic and it doesn’t match the leather so great. That’s why I ordered this option. We’ll see what it looks like when I get my car end of October

I am going with Interior Trim Inlays in Brushed Aluminum which if I am not mistaken removes the carbon fiber in the center console and other spots.
  • Dashboard, door panel, and center console trim in Light Silver
  • Dashboard inlay in Brushed Aluminum
  • Door panel inlays in Brushed Aluminum
  • Center console inlay in Brushed Aluminum
Like others have said the passenger cupholder in leather only addresses the small cupholder on the dash. Not sure if that helps.

Anyone have photos of the part without the leather? Does it look off?

You’d never notice.

it’s a tiny piece next to pass door, I’m pretty detail oriented and I’d have to literally go look at the car to recall if this is plastic or leather.

do the steering wheel column, it’s more visible and you look at it while driving.
