Flat blue - non metallic, one of the reasons I like it to.

Well, my official Shark Blue Porsche insulated mug arrived today and I'm seeing the exact same thing I saw on my sprayed speed forms. Definitely not what I was expecting based on most photos and the configurator. I'm back to Aventurine Green on my Targa 4S build, but I'm also playing around with a Carmine Red configuration.

Nice I love the flat colors. That said they are harder to keep looking amazing as they show every tiny scratch/swirl. My Neptune blue took 10 hours of paint correction before film and ceramic to get the micro swirls out. Probably should have wrapped the entire car as even microfiber towels seem to leave tiny amount of wear (probably when washing)

Yeah, exterior colors can drive you crazy. I'm on my second Carmine red car - awesome color, highly recommended. I like Aventurine Green, but too subtle a green for me, I want Porsche to offer something between it and Python green. Good luck with the decision.

The flat colors are a bit harder to take care of - but also much easier to touch up. While I'm still very particular as to the way my cars look - I've come to the conclusion that you just can't keep them perfect forever. I still don't wrap or do ceramics. I simply strip, clay, lightly polish and hard wax about 2 times a year and wax renewal every couple of washes. Do very precise touchups when necessary. Not show cars, but look better than 99.9% out there.

the 911s look good and different in all the colors. The gentian blue is bad ***. It has depth, its metallic, and all the curves are amazing in that color. there are very few colors that give you all 3. If I were to choose a blue, that would be it.

But the classics are where its at for me on the 992. blacks, silvers, white and reds.

My advice, don't buy a bold color without seeing it in person first. I suppose it's kind of low risk in this market because if you don't like it, you can flip it for little to no loss, but it's a hassle and who knows how much longer that will last. Some of the pictures of the Shark Blue do look mighty tasty, but I'd only spec it on a weekend driver not a daily, and blue is my favorite color.

More showing up in Shark Blue - can't wait for my TTS in it. First one next to a chalk Cayenne.

I really like the rear slats in shark blue. Man, i might change over from CR to SB! I would love to see a SB in person.

Thanks so much for posting these FIRST EVER pics in a showroom of a Shark Blue Turbo S from the GT3 site. I think the rear light in RED would make the car pop even more. Just love this build in these pics (though I personally would never get this color combo, too flashy for me). The rear slats in Shark Blue make the rear of the car look super special though. This customer went "all out" with this build.

Actually looks to be a dealer spec - https://www.porschenorthscottsdale.c...AD2A92NS254063

I agree about the rear light - I'm keeping mine red - with the PORSCHE emblem remaining silver - removal of the model designation.
I have the rear slats in gloss black - but in body color has made me pause just a bit :-)
The speed blue stitching actually matches Shark Blue fairly well - thought it was too far apart - but matches nicely. Yellow belts (and even yellow gauges added) look good. Hmmm, may have a few changes coming up.

Good find. "Call For Price".

Yikes, it's gotta be A LOT above MSRP.

This site is so helpful for folks trying to decide how to spec their cars. I went to a dinner last night and a couple was there sitting across from me and my GF. He had a 2020 C4S in GT Silver with all red interior and got ACC and Night Vision. I was so curious about Night Vision as I wondered about adding it to my build. He said he practically never used it. I don't think I would either. He wanted to get a 2022-3 GT3 Touring as his next car. He did say he loved his ACC and used it on occasion, it made me think I should add it to my build. IDK....
