My last 2 Ferrari's a 458 Spider and a F8 Tributo have been bulletproof.

Very frustrating and I'm sure you are disappointed, but perhaps this will be resolved quickly and you will have many happy miles without issue.

My wife's Cayenne unfortunately had a bad fuel injector that stranded us on a road trip shortly after delivery. We were frustrated. But we called Porsche Assistance, and the service level in terms of picking up the car, arranging a rental, paying for hotel etc. was very good. We got that issue behind us, and never had another issue. I guess it unfortunately happens from time to time.
