Those are some tight times...I note the Turbo was on ceramics.

Carrera S is right up there as well...looks like there is not a lot of space to stretch out on that track.

CCB will have very little impact over a single lap.

While the actual time difference is minimal, it is enough of a difference, that the TTS is #2, and the TT is #4; Looking at #6, the Carrera S is the 'real deal', since you have very close performance, at 50% of the cost

Damn...that is crazy. The Turbo is actually closer in lap times to the Carrera S than the TTS.

Not sure what you mean by this...

1:30.48 992 TT-S
--> 0.55 Difference
1:31.03 992 TT
--> 1.33 Difference
1:32.36 992 C2S

The gap between TT and C2S is 2.4x larger than the gap between TT and TT-S.

The "position" in the list at the end of the video is irrelevant, they just pick a few cars as reference points. There total test list is way longer than that, there a likely quite a few cars that slot in between these.

They should have logged a 992 Turbo S, instead they used a 2019 991.2 Turbo S....

Weird the 991.2 Turbo S is significantly faster than the 992 Turbo, given the performance numbers are so similar.

Have a look at the video in the OP, you can clearly see it is 992 TT-S .

The 991.2 TT-S did a 1:32.30 on PZero tires, a whopping 1.27s slower than the 992 TT.

Silly me, I thought a 2019 TTS was a 991.2, but in this case it's really a 992. That's what I get for not viewing the video before commenting!

The last window above even shows a 992 C2S to be only .06 sec slower than a 991.2 Turbo S.... or was it?

Indeed. Lap times always need to be taken with a certain grain of salt as varying conditions can have a significant impact, but it is still impressive that the 992 C2S practically matched the 991.2 TT-S. Shows how much the 992 chassis was improved over the 991 .
