I have a PTS car on order since Aug, it's finally on the boat, of course this morning my wife said "I'd rather have that white convertible than your white coupe" So I'm in the corner sobbing

Too funny. I knew she was going to love it. I am in Monterey so the situation is much diff than PA, but the cab model of this car is really nice.

I was looking at 2021 S cab same color combo- very nice- Car in California- but 61 days on car gurus- I like it but believe it is not for all- have a deposit on silver/red car but would buy the white but dealer and I are 1k apart- getting 5k of manual car and wanted 2.5 k off white/blue and they were paying ship to Florida so it does not affect their gross margins. Car in SF area.

I have shopped at that dealership. They spec some really nice cars. It is a strong build. With Covid, it doesn't surprise me that car is still there after a couple of months and it is afterall our rainy season so cabs may not be first on every buyers list. But their clientele is very well healed given the area they are in and their cars always sell. I put that dealership at the level of BH they way they spec their inventory stock cars. A $1k diff on a $157k car is mice nuts.

It is a 159 car- yes 1k apart is mice nuts but real money to me and possible profit to them- would not care except I have a another S cab closer with manual silver/red interior black top- 5k off. I am in florida.

You've convinced me, buy the local car. I am sure they will be more than happy to sell the manual, hence the 5k discount (my guess).

The manual is incoming- in Tennesse- probably true re manual- I like the contrast of the white/blue- have a silver tts now- Got them to go $500 more. Wifey likes the white better.

They will have no problem selling that car at MSRP. Carrera S's are their bread and butter. On a sunny Saturday morning someone will walk in and just write a check. That is the neighborhood.
