Is rear axle steering worth harsher ride quality of PASM?

Currently working on the spec for a 992 Turbo S I'll be ordering. I was originally set on not speccing SPASM, as I would much prefer a softer ride quality and don't particularly care about the lowered ride height. However, I just recently realized that SPASM also includes rear axle steering, and it seems you can't option that without SPASM. So my questions are:
- Which would likely be more noticeable, the improved ride comfort from lack of SPASM or the improved handling/turning radius from rear axle steering?
- Is lack of SPASM/rear axle steering likely to have a substantial negative effect on resale value for a Turbo S down the line?

It is standard on a TT/TTS - go all the way to the bottom of the configurator - right hand side - there will be standard features, technical details, etc buttons. It is listed in standard features, under performance.
