I've been permitted to get a sense (by sitting in) in a couple just landed 992 Turbo S cars as I waited for mine.
AS mine sits there now, I know at least one track buddy who's done the same (he sent me pics, lol) and I'm perfectly ok.

Up to all of 90 miles. Stopped along the way for a few pics.

Truth be told, I probably had the same hesitation as you but I think you will end up loving it just as I do. The color really pops. When I saw the afternoon light under these large live coastal oak trees, I knew it would really show the color well. The road is actually pretty cool too. Just minutes from my house. Quite frankly the hills in the Monterey Carmel area are pretty fantastic for the sportscar enthusiast. Just driving around on a weekend you see some amazing stuff on the roads, everything from old classics to every supercar.
The car is so well planted and responsive. There is nothing to want.
BTW - do you remember me from Thunderhill years ago when you got your red GT3 and came down for a track day? I was in a white GT3 at the time.

No, top up. It was a tad too cool. Just a brief outing as I am still getting used to all the best routes. I was also fiddling with the stereo. I could not find a way to advance the radio station (Sirius) from the controls on the steering wheel. I look forward to your pics. These are cars are fantastic!

My neighbor across the street brought his Turbo S Coupe by today. Amazing, two Python Greens, a coupe and a cab. And here I thought the color would not be that popular! He got his with leather to sample Nutmeg with Chalk stitching.

I really like the Python green too. Does Python green have any metallic properties in the paint? Not interested in the python Chroma flair. Its too expensive. What Porsche greens are metallic or have some metallic effect in it.?

No, Python Green is not a metallic paint. Here is the link to the rennbow list of Porsche paint colors.

There are many metallic greens out there. Most all have been paint to sample.
