Default Lack of communication from dealer

Hi All,
I am having some trouble getting timely responses from my new sales rep. My first rep ended up leaving the company last week so I can somewhat understand the lack of communication from him. Unfortunately the new rep seems to be more of the same. Has anyone had issues with communication from their dealer?

PS: If the problem persists would I be able to have my allocation transferred to a different dealership? TIA guys.

mine was totally effective - i'd text him at any time for feed back - he'd update his screens and let me know whatever he could find out - mostly he'd send screen shots of the latest updates on my specific vehicle - more than that i couldn't ask for - transferring to another dealership i wouldn't think would happen short of complaining to Porsche NA

don't worry about it, just go to the person above them like GSM ... They are usually more responsive
