Indeed. Wife thinks I should go for the chalk interior (though she *really* would prefer me to get a sinister looking black on black). And, dealer finally called with my build allocation just yesterday -- Dec build w/ Feb delivery. So, game on.

I also think I'm gonna do leather inlay ($0 option) instead of the carbon fiber bits -- seems to suit that particular look better.

I remember seeing chalk interior with slate grey seat centres on here somewhere. That looked good and I would have probably gone for that if my car was blue, but I went with white, so it was black interior and slate grey seat centres with red stitching.

Funny enough, black on black is my leading 'safe' alternate. Am trying REALLY hard to avoid GT silver or chalk since I already own cars in those colors. Blue was never on my radar.. but then I saw this.

White on these cars looks amazing to me. Hard to argue with your decision. Please post photos when it arrives.

Hmmn, yeah that's one of the nicest photos of that color I've seen and it has me questioning my wheel choice. Currently I have the Turbo S wheels, but those Turbo S Exclusive Design wheels look great in that photo.

So, if I'm changing from the carbon fiber trim to the $0 leather trim option, then is it a "mistake" to keep the illuminated carbon fiber door sill guards? I have no carbon fiber (that I'm aware of) on the inside or outside of my current build (http://www.porsche-code.com/PMDLLQY0).

YES! That would be a very odd option in a non carbon trim car.

I strongly preferred the standard wheels when the car launched but the exclusive design has since grown on me. Same goes with gentian blue.

It has arrived at the dealers and is now away for detailing. Should have it by end of the week.

Edmac. Your car is looking stunning. What detailing products were used? Mine will be done with Gtechniq.

I had my previous turbo done with Gtechniq but this one has had Gyeon Mohs. Very very glossy

Beautiful! I have a Dec build coming in Feb with Gentian exterior and all chalk interior. Your photos confirm the *one* thing in the Sport Design package that I really wish we could get a-la-carte -- the rear fascia painted. Either body color or high gloss black looks much, much better than what we all get without the Sport Design package. I don't like the front fascia of the Sports Design package and haven't totally warmed up to the rear wing. But they need to paint that damn rear fascia on all these cars.

love the clear (instead of red) rear light bar and the blacked out model logo and Porsche.
