Money aside. What rims do you prefer?

Bottom, for sure - the straight-on pictures on the Porsche site make them look unattractive, but one of the later video review Turbo's had the option and they're very good looking from 1/4 and 3/4 angles, and when the wheels are turned out. I modified my order because of that.

Tally is at 7 top and 8 bottom.
which one did you decide on?

I prefer the bottom wheels, although I appreciate the center-lock accenting of the top.
My dilemma is not the wheel type but rather the caliper color. I think the bottom wheels (painted black) with black calipers look amazing. Yellow calipers distract from visually absorbing the striking wheel pattern as a whole.
That said, I changed my configuration from black back to yellow when I submitted my order. My reasoning is that I don't get an instantaneous wild charge from a 911 with black calipers. I don't even notice them. As an enthusiast, though, I go delightfully spastic when I see yellow calipers.
Somebody else mentioned how these wheels distract from the astonishing body. Interesting point. Damnit. I have a month before my freeze date, and I will likely anguish over this decision until the last day.

Did anybody notice in description wheels on bottom are 1/2” wider frt and rear... same tire sizes as top. So will fill out a little more visually while offering a slightly stiffer sidewall.
This would be my choice in black w black calipers

That said, getting the 5 lugs will also get you to the wider wheel size.

Would be interesting to see these in person. At a quick glance it almost appears as the bottom wheel was designed for a 5-lug fitment vs. center locking. My guess is the bottom looks great in person. It is a similar transition they made with the Huracan when the 2016 came out. I opted for the standard spoke pattern but they offered a more stylish design, kind of retro Lambo, similar to the bottom pic. I never regret the decision but my neighbor picked one up with the other style and it looked great. I imagine the same outcome here, really can't go wrong with either wheel.

You are right! I did not notice this. The 1/2” wider wheels might also help fit 265 fronts and 325 rears better. There are not a lot of choices for the default 255/35R20 and 315/30R21 sizes, but going 10mm wider gets you Cup 2 N2 used on the 991.2 GT2/3 RSes.
