Give them two days in SF Bay traffic and they'll be on the used market. The founders I've got to meet for the past two decades don't have the time or patience to unwind. I'm sure there are exceptions, but most are in a cycle of working on the next project, not taking time off, unless they are forced to leave because they're complete douchebags running people of the road...cough, cough.
