If your freeze date passed and it hasn’t been updated on TYD, your freeze date is still open and your production was bumped.
I am confused. Aren't all the dates given to the dealer by Porsche an Estimated Date Range; Estimated Date and Actual Date which references the various completion stages?

In other words, the car is slated for production within the range of those categories. In the past, these dates were part of the TYD app. When a customer is shown “not scheduled”for the build stages on the TYD app. when in fact the dealer is given those on dates what is a customer to conclude?

That's what I thought. It's been the same process in the past. I get not having updates on the 4RS, but the 3RS should show more. Either way, I'm just going by the dates from the dealership. My freeze date changed, "freezing" one month earlier than initially estimated. So if Cosmos statement is true, then why freeze it? You'd think they'd open up the date so I can make changes if I want.

Oh well, always a waiting game from Porsche. That's why I never trade in early, cause you never know.

Have you questioned PCNA about this? Speak with them and see how they explain this discrepancy.

Ever resolve this? I have all the dates from my SA but they aren't showing up in TYD, just "not scheduled." However, the app does update when a new step is reached. Since the dates are fluid, it would be nice to actually see everything in TYD.

No changes for me. I only see updates on TYD after it's happened. I have dates from my SA that he can see which all have ranges that are about a week in length. So far, all progress has been within range. If that continues to hold true, my car should enter the body shop as early as tomorrow and as late as the 12th.
Everything on TYD says "not scheduled".

Hit my window and got an update this morning. Car entered production today. Still nothing for future dates on the app (not scheduled), so I'm just going by the estimates provided by my SA from what they see on their end. Guess the app is good for nothing when it comes to production.

One cannot help to wonder why Porsche bothers with this app. If anything, it is a source of consternation for its users.

I have the same thing with my TYD. I'm cleared the 3rd step on 9/4.
