Any idea if the Verde Zeltweg is the same color for Porsche as the Ferrari color? Working on securing a PTS allocation and believe that’s my color. Can’t get my hands on the actual chip or get confirmation from dealer on anything. Not even Atlanta was able to help with it. Paint guy can’t get formula yet to spray out a sample either.

 

I’m pretty sure it will be the same color. Any time Porsche has used colors from other brands like Azzuro Thetys or Grigio Telesto they are the same color. It would be beyond weird if they decided to call it that just to mislead people.

such bullsh!t. TONS of PTS getting cancelled (including my own). Just do the PTS you already have!!!!

 

Whoa. Very sorry to hear this. What explanation if any did they provide? Understand the frustration - worse to have something taken away than to never have it in the first place. That is not a good business model to say the least especially with some of their best customers.

 

From what I've heard from multiple people - the vast majority of PTS for the remainder of this year have been cancelled. I haven't yet heard the reasoning but I assume somebody's janitorial contact will know more about the why.

 

Same thing happened to me. After they approved my PTS, they cancelled it. My SA called PCNA to ask them why and they said "they are overloaded with PTS vehicles so they couldn't fulfil it for me" Apparently in the triple digits.

If the color pallet actually had some colors in it, it wouldn't be so bad. But I think they gave us a crappy selection so that people would order PTS and they could make more money. Then they couldn't produce.

 

Curious what the model orders were that PTS was cancelled on? I have a TTS PTS in Verde Zeltweg in v215 accepted and frozen….wouldn't be surprised if they cancel lower margin builds to maximize profits.

 

Mine was on an RS. I think it has more to do with the production issues associated with the RS and they are trying to get them all done because the 992.2 GT3 will be on the production line in January.

 

Has anyone ordered Nashy Blue? I've only seen one picture online of an actual car (Dakar) in that color.

sure hope not. Not a cheap build so hopefully goes and I have a 2024 TTS PTS trade.

 

I cant imagine paying PTS prices for any of those colors.

 

If you are to pts, I would think it’s reasonable to go for a color that is not similarly to stock regular colors, i.e. purple variants, green variants or blue variants.
