Promo gift 992RS?
I am in my fourth RS and the first three had a subsequent little souvenir item from Porsche ( including a very nice helmet bag for the 991).
just struck me that there was nothing for the 992.
Has Porsche abandoned this practice?

Not sure if it's to do with Porsche or just the dealer specific. With mine I got a Porsche Design backpack (cheapest one they had), 992 3RS car cover, and some random bits in the bag like a branded water bottle, battery tender, centre wheel lock paper weight, pen, couple other little things. It's not life changing but feels better than walking out with nothing

I got a poster of my car from Porsche. They asked to choose from different styles and shipped it to dealer... still at dealer I have to go get it.

I have noticed the same thing. After purchasing a C4S a few years ago, seemed like I was getting something in the mail all the time. I have not received anything after the GT3 delivery. Both purchased from the same dealer as well.

I got keychain, pen (which I seriously don’t need another one and battery tender. Would have loved a cover or something. But I’m ok with it.

Comon guys - you know you’re supposed to send the dealer, PCNA, and PAG gifts for giving you the privilege to buy a 992 - it’s not the other way around!
Edit: also it’s the higher the ADM, the nicer the gifts you’re supposed to send…

I can't find the thread but I remember one Rennlister said the dealership made him by a Porsche Design watch, and the sales guy implied that most allocation customers were giving the watch as a gift to their sales guy... and later sales guy brought it up again, essentially doubled down on how the watch should go to him, haha embarrassing!

sounds like maybe dealer or region specific in terms of what you'll get. for my tts, i got a cheapish porsche pen. hopefully something more than a pen comes with my gt3t but all i really want is the car tbh. two diff dealerships.

In all seriousness I’m now on my 4th recent generation Porsche over the last 2ish years (Cayenne GTS, Targa GTS, and 2x GT3Ts (long story)) and with each of those I just got the same lousy pen haha (literally just got one of them today for my 2024 GT3T).
