If you want to see your engine, you need to get under the car and remove rear diffuser (only 5 Torx bolts). If you need to add oil or coolant, that is accessible through small door (electric latch release on driver door sill) on rear deck near rear wing.

not to derail this thread into politics but this is so true. my kids grew up in 90s when participation trophys started. i was in favor as my kids werent best athletes but enjoyed playing on teams w their friends. i didnt see any harm in it. but little did i know it was used to condition us to concept of equity. everyone must have an equal outcome regardless of their individual talent, effort, luck, etc. all those kids getting same trophy as the best player are now in charge of govt, corporate human resources, etc

There is enough space by the wing actuators to mount that box.

LMAO at the hoover dam check, great photos.
I took a Turbo S with center lock wheels to the drag strip a while back and was held up at the tech inspection because I had no "lug nuts" and they had never seen a center lock/ race nut before. I had to argue my way through tech and they brought in a supervisor who just shook his head and told them to stop wasting his time.

Wow! I had no idea they wanted you to mount the box up there. In that case, the upper panel is removed pretty much exactly as in that video on the RS as well. The upper fill flaps are a bit different, and IIRC there is a bolt in there that needs to be removed, but otherwise it's very similar. Careful of the glass, that upper panel is very close to the back glass which is notoriously thin.

I don't understand what's funny about it; it's a legitimate question asked by a young guy with little experience. If you think it's easy, I invite you to share your knowledge to help everyone in the future.
Thank you.
Thank you.
