I would too... But on this thing more than my other cars right now... I don't wish to void the warranty. Usually I bring the cars home and straight to the shop lol. This one I might want that warranty for a little while longer!
Well...while i agree that is not worth the risk to deny the warranty, i can assure you that especially on track 30 hp is a lot and you can feel them for sure. 50hp is a monster difference in terms of laptimes!

.05 tenths of a sec faster or .5 faster....?
Typically in a straight line 100hp will net you a couple tenths faster, I can imagine that being even lower on track.
Yet like PTS said, better to let the motor breathe.

The absolute worst oem exhaust is on the GT4RS.
In a car like the 992 GT3 or RS, that already can utilize all the 500hp without spinning too much in 2nd gear also, 50hp depending on the track to me are 0,5s faster for sure! Maybe even more if there are a lot of stop and go sections (COTA, Misano).
I will never risk the warranty and would leave them stock or maybe only change the exhaust (with a good one)
Tuning an NA car is dumb as f-ck. Get a driving coach or Ozempic.
It's fun and makes the car go quicker, what's not to like for the inner child... I've messed with turbo cars and NA cars equally, just because it's easier to force feed a blown engine more air doesn't make it a more interesting exercise.

Tuning turbo cars is not more interesting, but it usually pays bigger dividends.
It always gives more but comes with its own set of issues, what I like about an NA engine is that you can find more power that doesn't introduce a bunch of extra heat into the system. Easy to take something like a 350 HP Cayman 2.5L 4-pot to 450 horsepower but it will be derating before you get half a lap done on track. For some reason when tuning turbo cars I also never thought it was enough. It's a load of fun but then after a couple of pulls you adapt to the new reality and the thing starts all over again. NA tuning is limited to a semi-sensible level by nature.
