330 sticker, 80k lease. ~410 without adm. Now wait one year and that’s when the fun will really start. I think the one year lease is only going to make things worse. Those who paid adm will have a reserve for 600k + on BaT.
One year coincides closely with the release of the 992.2. If the hybrid thing is real coupled with the fact that no new gt cars are being made in 24 (supposedly) then hype will build spring/summer and demand should go back up.
One thing the s/t will do is prop up Tourings and manual gt3’s. Especially if the hybrid happens.
I don’t need anymore power which the hybrid will add. Content with current motor. I just really want the clutch and gearing of the s/t. 😫🤞🏽

are you suggesting most people didn’t pay ADM? That is hard to believe, I’d love to see the stats. You/those people must have brought ADM amount of biz to them. Not sure where are you located but I am in the california San Francisco Bay Area..the allocations disappeared in literally 5 minutes with people begging to pay 200k+ ADMs..yes things are that crazy here

For me spending another 40k or whatever it is for mag wheels, clutch and gearing is nice little bargain.

I traded my GT4rs and Touring back to my dealer for MSRP where I got them, for ST at MSRP. So while its a vig in the one sense...in about the 80k ish worth of combined potential profit, I still see that as a rather huge win lol. A lot of guys are getting their cars from dealers who are incentivizing people who are local, that they know AND have trades to give vs the traditional ADM. Obv, still plenty of dealers who sold outright for 200-350 ADM. Currently looking for a friend who will pay the upper end of that and even that is hard to find so uh, yeah damn this market is nuts.

I love how every single thread in this Technical forum ends up talking about ADMs again....
Anyways... I'm still in this phase of trying every conceivable combination that is non-PTS while I wait for some confirmation of what's going on. I feel like Heritage really depends on the color. No Ruby Neo combination looked good with heritage in my eyes. Nor would I get that color anyways. It looks great but a little loud for that car. I do wish they offered up some 1960s colors or something like the 1960s colors as standard like the 50th Anniversary colors.

There are all sorts of "conditions" that could happen to allow for zero ADM. I know a few dealers that sells cars at MSRP to their top clients with the condition that the car needs to be sold back to them at MSRP as well. If the car is ever sold to another dealer, then their relationship of MSRP is terminated.
Of course, there are the real VIPs where the allocation comes from PCNA/PAG directly at MSRP and they can resell the car to whoever they want at market.

what color are you going with ?
makes sense, I got the very first call for allocation before they opened it up to others 2 days later, due to my relationship, but they won’t budge without ADM here in CA. I got to pay “less” ADM vs others, so I’ve been told. It’s a bad taste in my mouth as I have never paid ADM before. Regardless, I think the car is going to be bonkers with my config !

Exactly this
There are always some quid pro quo going on in these deals, but most people who claims they received MSRP allocations are not telling the whole story. There is always some sort of "vig" but some are bigger than the others.
If you look at the price history of 911R, when it was first initially released, there was a PTS 911R that got sold for 850K (real transaction price). This was a 918 VIP car, so he naturally got kicked out of the program. He didn't care at the time because he thought there will never be a market craze like this ever again, so he cashed out. Of course, he regrets his decision now looking back, but he did make an instant profit of 600K at the time. As you all know, the price of the 911R came crashing down with the introduction of the GT3 Touring and it took 7 years before the 911R market went back to 2016 level. A PTS 911R sold recently for around 800K.
I see the 911 S/T following a similar trend, which means those who paid 200-300K over MSRP today will be fine if they keep their cars in the long term. PTS cars with CXX build will always be worth more than the regular ones, since rarity comes into play. People who paid ADM and think they can double their profit in a year's time will be in for a surprise.

i am leaning black interior, but heritage package including white wheels looks great in every color imo
white- interesting ghosted look
black/gentian/ruby - a nice stark contrasted look. i actually think ruby looks pretty good, but its not a color i'd ever spec.
gt silver - a much more tasteful version of the speedster heritage look (e.g. without white fenders/bumper)
shoreblue or shade - launch spec or bizzaro launch spec for peeps who must have green.
ice grey - maybe the least attractive with white wheels, but still works like gt silver
to my eyes, gt silver or black work best. gt silver or black reduces the issue with too many colors by removing 1. the silver trim and silver paint will blend, as would black paint and black calipers and plastic.
definitely do the clear tail lights.

Yeah the clear lights are better on this gen than 991 gen. I prefer them for sure on a black car. Ice Grey I think looks best wheel black wheels. I would go black package with black wheels if Ice grey were my choice, but as the Ceramica wheels grow on me - Ice grey doesn't work well I think.
