Ethos of the S/T
#31
I would do the black interior with some cool color stitching and swap the seat centers out for something spicy before I would do the brown interior in the s/t- if I could not get cxx.
I had ascot interior on the CGT, ascot on the 000 spyder and cuoio on my first 812. I have tartufo on my x7 and truffle in my Targa and cohiba in my touring.
the S/T would have to be different. I saw a heritage shore blue S/T at Sonderwunsch on the 20th and do not like that color in person. Out of the standard colors I'd do Ice Gray or Gentian. Black looks way too plain.

I have an incoming car with black interior and Mamba Green stitching. Love that combo. Had it photoshop'd.
There's something about black with silver accents in both interior and exterior that suits the ST perfectly to my eye.

This does not seem like a "date night" car and if I could option it with exposed door cards and floorboards, I would.
Andreas said that they were comfortable removing nearly all of the sound deadening because they don't expect customers to go on long cruises to distant tracks but instead drive for the sake of driving. The type of drive where you get in the car and don't get out of the seat unless you need fuel or have arrived back at your starting point.
On top of that, many reviews at this point mention this car is already somewhere between loud and deafening. I personally would not want to dilute that ethos with a mismatched interior / package attempting to make the car far more luxurious than it will ever be.

to each his/her own, disagree. This is a car that reflects Porsche heritage and needs to be driven hard but the lux workmanship needs to be appreciated and it should reflect the total out of pocket of $600k ish it’s going to cost. I’m not in your camp and have not configured my car that way, but I respect your opinion.

Not even close to being in my wheelhouse but I’d take Gentian Blue with the black/GT silver stitching/carbon interior, dark silver wheels, dark silver “PORSCHE” on the doors (no roundels or numbers), the “black” package, and have the perfect, under the radar modern 911.
having said that Blood Orange interests me greatly these days.

Even with all that mine will be right around $400k. $600k is only if you paid a $200k+ ADM. I'm sure some guys are but most are not
#44
are you suggesting most people didn’t pay ADM? That is hard to believe, I’d love to see the stats. You/those people must have brought ADM amount of biz to them. Not sure where are you located but I am in the california San Francisco Bay Area..the allocations disappeared in literally 5 minutes with people begging to pay 200k+ ADMs..yes things are that crazy here

330 sticker, 80k lease. ~410 without adm. Now wait one year and that’s when the fun will really start. I think the one year lease is only going to make things worse. Those who paid adm will have a reserve for 600k + on BaT.
One year coincides closely with the release of the 992.2. If the hybrid thing is real coupled with the fact that no new gt cars are being made in 24 (supposedly) then hype will build spring/summer and demand should go back up.
One thing the s/t will do is prop up Tourings and manual gt3’s. Especially if the hybrid happens.
I don’t need anymore power which the hybrid will add. Content with current motor. I just really want the clutch and gearing of the s/t. 😫🤞🏽
