GT3RS just threw a bunch of codes and now I have CEL
So the weather was quite nice yesterday so I went up into the cascades for a drive. Stopped to get fuel about half way and it just went weird on me upon restart. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. The parking brake and aero both malfunctioned and my parking brake just blinked like crazy. Did a restart and the errors went away but it has a CEL now. Car does drive normal. No powertrain or gearbox issue. Dropped at it the dealer but it's a real bummer. It was my first drive of the car here stateside. Oh and just checking in here with yet another cracked glass. (drivers rear quarter during tint install)
I did get some good driving in and managed to get some filth on it so that was nice at least. Glad it happened end of season but do wish I had the car today. Had another freak 14' day here. Put some bonus shots of the car below (and one of the new tow rig)

Just an update. I don't think they've found root cause per say but I figured more information on the forum is always a good thing. Never know when you'll need that one obscure bit of info for an issue you have. I'll make sure to get more detail as it comes.

Update fellow rennlisters. New battery apparently fixed all these issues. I was told low voltage really screws with this car in particular and it's mostly sat still since my ED in July. FYI there is also an airbag reprogramming recall for everyone. They did it whilst they had the car.
EDIT there's also an oil filler recall. That was also done. They forgot to replace the washers/gaskets for the fasteners on the wing. Not even on the work order. I'm sure this is minor but I've seen these worn on 3 other RS as well. Probably just something that needs to be replaced from time to time with the constant wing action (pure conjecture) And finally in another thread I mentioned a handful of PCM account/login issues. Now that the car is stateside all is well. I'm guessing the SIM in the car simply has no service in the EMEA so it acts weird.

Yes, need to have a charger on the battery if it is sitting longer than 3 weeks. There is lots of drain on these cars when sitting still. Keep the doors locked and the key away from the vehicle as well.

Glad to hear it has been resolved. I just had the exact issue, and solution, on my recently delivered 24 Cayenne Turbo GT! I only had it for 3 days and then waited for 3 weeks for a battery, so not exactly a fun start!

Asked for a part number and will fill in when they get back to me. I have a feeling it's a generic thing that you could probably get from amazon/local hardware somewhat easily without the Porsche tax.
