Internal testing does anyone have a clue what this is

About two decades ago I lost a day of two or memory. the last thing i remember is seeing weird lights over a field. They swooped away from me very quickly and then back toward me.
I woke up in my bed more then 18 hours later. there was a sticker on left shoulder that said "internal testing complete". It hurt to sit for a few days.
