I found this laying under the passenger seat. It’s an M6-1 30 mm long.
I was trying to chase down a rattle that’s been driving me nuts for the last year.
It is turns out it was this bolt moving around under the seat hitting different metal parts.
I really can’t figure out where it goes and I don’t want to pull the seat out because everything works fine and there’s no rattles in the seat.
does anybody have an idea what it’s for and where it came out of??
it had to either come out of the seat, or it was just a bolt somebody droped during production .a

Harness bolts? Rollcage bolts?
there is not much more in the interior to my knowledge.
Could it be a dropped bolt during production that they couldn’t find?
I guess I was thinking along the same lines? I actually unbolted the damn seat and looked under. It couldn’t see anything that was missing or that was hanging loose.
