Default Clean Black Plastic Trim

What products are you using to clean all the black plastic exterior parts?

I use the griots plastic cleaner and then their sealer. It is sold as kit. No residue been happy with it so far. Open to try other

not really cleaning but restoring or protecting the plastic bits which is what I think your after?

Yes, more to protect. I bet it is a good product. I am too cheap to pay $10 shipping for a $15 product, but I may breakdown and buy it.

I personally use most of his products.

The shipping doesn’t go up if you buy more.
I love his wheel dressing (mud) and drying aid (hydrate).
I also take a bottle of his QD (spit) with me when I drive for emergencies like bird poop.

also his no rinse frothe is one of the better options in that category.

I used Chemical Guys Plastic Trim Cleaner, to clean, then CERAKOTE Plastic Trim Coat to protect. Still glossy after 1.5years, where prior was chalky, to the point of wanting to replace with new parts. Passenger side is treated, driver's is not (of note, mine is an outside car):

Good tip on Chemical Guys. I have some of there other products and did not think about them for this application.
