Closer to the GT3MR probably. More carbon fiber. More aero (like the over accentuated 718SpyderRS). More digital (dash and tuning ***** like the RS). More enhancements to the interior and exterior styling. More emission’s regulations.

Dont buy a 992.1... 992.2 is coming soon!
Then again, dont buy 992.2... 995.1 will there shortly after with a redesigned body, more futuristic more screens more hp.. then again 995.2 will have even more upgrades...oufff, Im confused. Maybe I shouldnt get any of them just to be safe.
Or, I can get any one of them and enjoy these amazing car.

I heard some information yesterday about the 992.2 GT3 and 3RS that will not make this thread age well. I was planning to swap my .1 Touring for the .2, for what that's worth. Unlikely now.

I’ve heard from a German friend of a German guy who used to date my former GM before their store got acquired, that the .2 car will have a teardrop shape, new bumpers and do 201 mph on public roads vs the current 199 mph. The new colors are the best and justify a 19% price increase no problem. I even hear that it will lap the Sudschliffe in the hands of Bergmeister 3 seconds faster on the perfect driving day!
I am torn and anxious.
To deal with my worry, and because I am a Tier 1 with my dealer who knows the other guy who knew the German guy, today I pre-traded my 992.1 and added a Spyder RS order to my 911 ST, Cayenne GT Turbo S, and Taycan GTS orders and got my deposit in on the 995.1. It’s OK though I got them all at MSRP provided I trade them back with 6 months and 1200 miles. I went Weissach on them all but should I order the FAL??
I’ve also noticed it’s hard to get these cars, damn Porsche for limiting supply as I wanted a 992 GT2 RS too but they’re too greedy to sell me one at MSRP. Good thing I ordered the Artura and 750s and the Purosanga to tow my 296 so I don’t worry about the miles.
How’s my build look?????

Same. But intrigued by these revelations that are either scurrilous or groundbreaking depending upon perspective, and in each case so precise that they cannot be shared in an anonymous forum. Even a hint would be too revealing of the source, the Porsche overlords are watching.
