Bored on a Sunday. $2 mod. Just keep wrapping till all covered. Follow indentation. Looks great to me. Slight dab of Elmers(drys clear) at the end to keep the remaining thread piece in place.
How do you find the specific color thread to match the stitching, or did you just eyeball it?

so much wrong with this approach…OMG you're just horrible! what a horrible horrible person…let me count the ways
not a factory approved "mod" - not contributing to Porsche's bottom line
not carbon-fibre thread - my god man don't you know the weight penalty
unclear impact on warranty claims
porsche dealer may refuse to work on vehicle once they see you've moded it
the "flow" of the steering wheel is difference now with the additional thickness of the thread
fire safety problems
outgasing from the "glue" may cause health issue in an enclosed cabin
did you dod any "night time" testing to make sure it works in both dark & light conditions
did you color match the thread? do my eye it looks a bit like it's one or two tone's off from the ideal yellow
will show up on carfax as a "mod" reducing resale value
pics of the car before/after the mode may lead dedicated buyers to know you've mod'ed the vehicle and be less interested in purchase
have you done cold weather testing?
have you done warm weather testing?
what about pigment "bleeding" on your gloves
such wrecklass modification I simply can't believe how/why you thought this would be a good idea or even remotely acceptable - I'm thinking you're not Porsche material and should really reconsider if these are the right vehicle's for your situation.
the PTS Viola metallic is a brilliant color choice on a brilliant car but you've just 100% ruined it for you, the forums, future owners, and a big impact on the Porsche community by making such a bad ill-informed and wreck-less choice - I'm simply horrified - ruined a perfectly good vehicle.
Figured I let someone else enjoy it. It has just been sitting here since November. Has not moved much. Im in NJ so the weather sucks rt now. Had a buyer located in Tampa and figured what the hell. Onto the next. Prob one more 992.1 GT3 or just wait for my build for the 992.2 GT3. We ll see. I know as soon as it starts to get nice out Ill be itching for another one. Lol
