Sorry but it is not, you are referencing a salvage title certificate. A certificate of destruction (or a junk title) is different and it cannot be retitled in any state. I also have ZERO interest in that car to be clear, just sharing there is a large different between a salvage title and certificate of destruction.

Yep, typically when damage is >80% of the value of the car a certificate of destruction, or total loss, is declared. Cant legally be titled for road use once that declaration is made on the car. Parts or scrap at that point, or in this case suppose it could live on the track and get trailed to and from.

Question is whether this is truly a destruction title.
It lists the car as automatic, but it is actually a MT.
