I’m not sure if you can do a retrofit for the Bose. If not maybe reach out to Musicar to see if they have a solution.

I have the bose in my touring. Although i have found it nice on other 911s i wouldnt do it again on the gt3. The car is too loud to hear anything and the lack of sound deadening makes it sound much weaker than a carrera or turbo. I barely use the radio and when i do its underwhelming. Its probably subjective tho.

I would imagine there are bolt on amplifier solutions for Porsche, like there are for Bimmers. I am sure Musicar will help with some reasonable enhancements.

I don't have my car yet but would be a customer depending on how bad sound is...

If you think the Bose is underwhelming, just wait until you hear the sound of the "tin cans connected via a string" that is the base 992 stereo.

With the road noise and engine sound, and aftermarket muffler, the stereo gets wasted, I mean--drowned out.
If you do go stereo upgrade, then you might as well as thickly Noico under all the carpets, doors, wheelwells.

I guess it depends on your perspective. If you upgrade the audio system something with more power and clarity you can overcome the noise inside the car. I'm not talking about audiophile quality imaging, etc, just volume and clarity.

Of course that also means you're listening at very high sound levels which could be detrimental to your hearing.

Got my car last Oct. So, it’s been a year and I have yet to turn on the stereo, lol.
The car is a joy, the sound is so much better than any music you can play.
when I get in the car, I just want to few connected to the car, not the music.
don’t get me wrong, I love music, but not in this car

The magic solution on the gt3 is a pair of the new AirPods Pro v2. Amazing. Can still hear higher pitch of engine, zero, I mean zero, road noise. Sound quality is obviously better than the Bose setup (though mediocre as headphones go)
