I had no cats on my Fi system and this R1 exhaust does but some how it’s way louder. I also noticed the diameter of the tubing is bigger then the Fi system.

We’ve been working on updating our 992 GT3 exhaust suite with our valved WC-Sport Exhaust and releasing our Street (Muffler) Center Section for both our exhaust setups! This means you can run our valved WC-Sport (factory headers) or valved WC-Evo (Long Tube Headers) setups with our now modular Stainless steel center, Ti center, or muffler center!
Our WC-Evo (Race) Exhaust System has proven to be incredibly loud, so we have developed the Muffler Center Section to offer some potential street use to the full Evo system. The WC-Evo (Street) Exhaust System allows you to retain the power gains from our WC-Evo Long Tube Headers, while being able to close the valves and actually stay reasonably quiet going through your neighborhood or tame on the freeway. New to the forum. Picked up my 992 GT3 about 3 months ago and considering R1. I called and spoke to Jimmy today and he shared some of the Instagram videos showcasing the Catted version and full system including headers. Needless to say that they all sound insane. I live in LA and he invited me to the shop to check it out and ride in a GT3 with the full setup. Will keep you all posted. Any new and updated feedback from anyone who's installed this?
Stopped by the R1 shop in Lake Balboa Los Angeles and everything is legit. The owner, Jimmy gave me a tour of some of the toys there and types of exhausts getting installed. I was also able to hear a 992 GT3 in action and it sounds absolutely insane. Probably the best sounding system out there, hands down. Placed an order and will be getting mine installed next week.

I had a valved JCR race pipe on my 991.2 GT3. If it’s anything close to that, I’ll be ecstatic.

I'm in CA as well, so just curious, did you order full system or just the exhaust?
