I love how everyone gets so upset when someone else decides how to spend their money. For all we know that $115k could be pocket change for them. I don't see anybody getting upset about how the OP spends his money. He asked what we would do and our thoughts.
It has nothing to do with whether or not it's pocket money, it's just whether we think it's worth it or not.

There is a difference between having an opinion and getting upset at someone's decision and an opinion about the offer the dealer is making. I think this issue is squarely the latter. However much money one has in excess matters not.
