Saw a thread started on "transactions" but ended up becoming a debate on if a GT3 is a supercar... Simply looking for any transactions that have taken place? If so, what was the ADM?

My ADM was 35K, but includes some other things. Nov delivery (likely jan/feb now given the massive delays Porsche is experiencing). No other strings attached. I can sell whenever I want, and I'm not required to trade my current GT. My dealer's first 2-3 allocations went for 100K adm.
I am a new to this dealer as a buyer, but have been servicing my other GT cars there. Their touring allocations are going for 75 ADM. I have a friend who buys in high volume (~0.5 - 1M a year) and they are paying MSRP for their winged.
This seems about standard in Texas.

Mine was MSRP but I was on a waiting list for 2.5 years with money down. I also bought two other Porsches from the same SA.
