We took delivery of 344/1250 in Tucson, AZ. We absolutely love this car. I concur with some of @unotaz 's comments. However my assessment is this is a drivers car for enjoying off the track. I wouldn't want this car to be as loud as a GT car, and the steering is perfect for long drives and driving through town alike. We'll track it on occasion, and don't expect it to perform as well as any GT cars - I do expect it will be a blast. `

Question to PCA members getting a Sport Classic and / or who have the Heritage Targa: would you be interested / participate in a PCA special interest group for Heritage Editions?

If the Sports Classic had the same steering damping etc as say the GT3 Touring I dont think it would have been a car for me. Whist the 992 GT3 Touring is great for short fun runs on the right roads and conditions its not a car I would want to take on a longish drive over a few 100 miles round trip. I think they got this SC absolutely spot on in terms of performance how it drives and sounds, looks etc.

Would you be including “Heritage” edition Speedsters since they were first? The OG.

Seems like there's only one correct answer to that question.

Hey peeps ... quick q ...

Does anyone know if the exhaust valves can be manually pegged open on this car without a CEL?

I know that on the 992 GT3 I use the Soul performance modules but is the system similar on the 992 Turbos, or is it the same as the 991 systems which were easy to peg in the open position?

Thanks

Cargraphic has a module for full valve control. Open/closed/stock operation with a remote.
highly recommend

Thanks for the rec, but I don't have the need to be able to control the valves, I'm just trying to find out if they can be pegged open manually or if modules are needed.

I should probably be asking in the TT section. (giggity)

If you don’t want the ECU brain to freak out, I believe you need a bypass like the cargraphic module.

Crazy quick. Got offloaded late last week made it to the dealer five days later. I'm so excited.
