Great video!

I like what I see so far. Wing is interesting..not sure if I'll go for touring or winged version this time. Had the 991.2 GT3 with wing and it actually made the rear view a bit disconcerting...those uprights at the edge would sometimes spook me during a lane change.

On a side note, can anybody ID those shoes or race boots that AP is wearing? Not normally a shoe guy but those are kinda rad...

I love how AP mentions that the front end of the 993 GT3 had been repainted bc of many rock chips. Guess its worthless now bc it had paint work LOL!

That front with all that black plastic will kill the elegance of a Touring version...(and don’t like it fir the wing car either)
I disagree...the black pieces give it a racecar appearance. Otherwise, the GT3 was starting to blend into the regular 911 lineup. The car with the black aero in the front and large black diffuser in the back spells race car...love that the hood scoops have a black border on them as well. Maybe they'll make them available in carbon fiber....ie Ferrari

It's amazing what other people see and what I filter out of my mind. I've watched the video 5 times now and would never have noticed. So I went back and watched it a sixth time. Yeah.....shoes are cool. lol.

No expert, but on quick glance, they look most like the Asics logo on the side.

Anyone else notice the painted spokes on the 991.2 at the 31:50 mark. Looks bad@ss! All about the details.

That car is absolutely gorgeous. I wonder how a similarly-specced 992 would look 🤔

Dated is relative I guess. I love the front of the 991.2 as well... it’s the rear wing that looks so dated in comp to 992. The swan is far better IMO—

A lot of cheap black plastic looks like a lot of cheap black plastic because you want a lot of cheap plastic to be able to replace it cheaply and often.

Agree. I love the front of a 993. Bring back the dated!

Ah, I see what smiles11 is talking about in the next post. That is definitely *dated* not in a good way.

I think the dated comment is more so about a 2019 991.2 having the interior of an old turn-of-the-century car.. The entire interior looks like a refreshed 997... from 2005!!

The 991 was dated the moment it was released. Porsche finally decided to get with the times on the 992.
