Ridiculous idea. Just trying to get more views/clicks.

Zero chance this happens when they introduce the 992.1 GT3.

Now, when the 992.2 RS is revealed....maybe, but still relatively unlikely.

How much are Rennlist clicks worth nowadays? You're basically the mayor of this forum, the tax collector... don't let people just go around collecting click revenue like this! Take control of your realm man!.. no frivolous new threads without consequence!!!

SHUT THIS FARCE THREAD DOWN!!

AMG just announced a new electric turbo V8. It requires a 48V system, which the 992 already has for its active roll bars. Does this count as hybrid power?

You can bet that you won’t see a manual transmission hybrid 911, ever.

This looks like a similar system which was on the AMG Project 1, and is in some form on the inline 6 "55 series" AMG's today. This is certainly hybrid, but not in the sense people are discussing here where 50% or so of the power of the car comes from a big bank of batteries along the floor or center tunnel. This is actually a very smart type of hybrid just to keep the turbo power delivery optimized by using a small amount of electricity to keep it spooled.
