I think it doesn't fit the rest of the car yet... Penn's car for example has a very aggressive set of options that make it look more consistent. IMO - you should consider doing it asa package with wheels and a front spoiler to make the car look balanced and thought out - not just one thing.... I know you have the spoiler already but that is much more subtle.

That's my meaningless opinion but if it makes you happy then that is all that really counts!

Thanks man, I really appreciate your input. I just have to officially place a post for sale on it so some else can enjoy it.

I'm a big fan of the vorsteiner carbon fiber diffuser. Why not go for that one?

I think the trouble with the look your car has now is it's otherwise very stock. With a more aggressive stance, maybe darker wheels, and a splitter up front or sport design aero the car would wear the diffuser and lip spoiler better. It's like it's very aggressive from behind but otherwise not.

I agree. Too many current cars of all kinds have diffuser-like finny things below the rear bumper. And on all these cars, including the 991, they do nothing.

Have had over a dozen of these cars all classic. I decided that I wanted this one a little more aggressive. I think It's done tastefully. Just my opinion and it's my car so that the most important one. No cheap add ons.

Big difference between the Vorsteiner diffuser and what the OP has. OP does not have Vorsteiner - if he did, it would be a completely different conversation.

I think the difference is on your car, it works, because of the more aggressive looking spoiler/wing combo in the rear, so the more aggressive look all ties together. For the OP, his car is more classic than aggressive, thus IMO, it doesn't work.

True, and even though is a really nice and clean looking diffuser from theses guys http://www.gt3tek.com/PHP/lupa.phpid=991vtpreardiffuser
I don't want to add the extra aero package (which would look amazing) as I like to keep it with its classy look. Like I said before it fits like a glove and the paint came out really nice. It's just not meant to be in my car just yet.
