I finally took my 911.1 MT GTS for an overdue long drive. From Columbus, OH to Lake Placid NY, a total of 1300 miles. The ride was smooth that I didn't expect it to be. The best part was the 120 miles drive along Route 3, NY. It was a winding hilly pass. On the way back, there were 2 other P cars (with Toronto rego) that tag along during the Route 3 drive. We had a short chat right before we parted ways, as I will take HWY 81. We sure had a nice drive and my wife was commenting that I was really enjoying the drive and was grinning from ear to ear during that time. Looking for the next long drive. Hoping it will be a ED in a GT3 (hoping and praying).

I have something similar planned for tomorrow. There's a work-related outing in the Hampton's tomorrow so I'll be driving out there tomorrow morning. Wish the weather forecast was better!
