I need to find some that make them in Rx. Those Randolphs look nice. But would have to be black to match my car. Ha ha. Just kidding; don't really care. Problem is I rarely found any that fit my narrow face, when I wore contacts (not anymore).

Converted from Oakley to Maui Jim's a short time ago and I'm never going back. The optics on the neutral grey MJ polarized lenses are just amazing. While Oakleys fit me great and look good, the optics just can't hold a candle to the MJs. After my latest drive, I tossed all my Oakleys into a box and stored them up on a closet shelf, to be used only for sports. Waiting on another pair of MJ's to be delivered this week.

I wish I had your luck with Maui Jim's. I purchased a pair of prescription MJ 2 and 1/2 years ago paying about $900. I have been extremely careful in caring for them - they were expensive. The lenses have developed a crust making it difficult to see which can't be corrected without new lenses. MJ won't help since the glasses are past the 1 year warranty. I will not be buying MJ again.

Were your prescription lenses MJs? My optometrist had the lenses made elsewhere to fit the MJs. I didn't even realize Maui Jim did their own prescription lenses.

Randolph. Yes. Have same. Legit. Maui Jim's are cute. Have those too... but not same league.
Ps, Randolph not owned by Luxottica. Not designed to look like military grade glasses--they are military glasses:
1978 – Randolph produces eyewear as a subcontractor for the U.S. military.
1982 – The United States Air Force contracts Randolph to produce the HGU-4/P Aviator sunglass as the part of the standard-issue uniform.
1990, Desert Storm – The Department of Defense contracts Randolph to produce 70,000 optical inserts annually for the M17 chemical-biological mask, used during Operation Desert Storm. When the D.O.D. requests an accelerated delivery of optical inserts, Randolph works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet wartime demand. Randolph delivers 200,000 units before the conclusion of Desert Storm. Not a single unit is returned due to quality issues. An Air Force colonel personally visits the Randolph factory to thank its employees for the patriotic and timely support of the Armed Forces and presents the Chairman of Randolph Engineering with a Certificate of Appreciation.
2000 – Randolph wins its first contract for the Frame of Choice (FOC) spectacle program, which provides the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and NASA with an alternative to standard-issue military spectacles.
2017 – Randolph continues to produce the HGU-4/P for the U.S. Army and Navy and air forces worldwide. The company also maintains the Frame of Choice contract, now in its fourth five-year term.

I'm so glad you appreciate Randolph's as much as I do. My colllection of them just hit 5 pair. They are the real deal.
Family owned and run company. Totatally hand made just outside of Boston. The quality is insane. Truly special.
They also will do Rx FYI.

Hey, don't forget the Porsche class action lawsuit will reimburse for polarized sunglasses, depending on leather dash color. Up to $175. See my post a few weeks back titled Windshield Settlement.
