Hello all - Long time lurker, first time poster. This site has been a great source of knowledge for me.
About to pull the trigger on a new build. I would get an August build with delivery in October/November.
Here is my build:

I would love and appreciate any feedback you could provide. Two of the things I go back and forth on is the black leather interior vs. the leather/alcantara with the red accents. The other is the carbon fiber interior/steering wheel/sill guards. I realize that if I go with the alcantara option, the carbon interior is included.
Thanks in advance for your input.

Looks nice. Needs some color, sport chrono and seat belts in guards red. I hate 14 way seats and thought they were so uncomfortable it wasn't funny, get the 18 way seats. I'm a big guy and quite a few said stick with the 14 way as I never had opportunity to try 18 way but man I'm glad I ordered them. Kill the lane change assist and adaptive cruise control, I use mirrors and the regular cruise is good for me, plus I hate nanny stuff. Just my .02

adaptive cruise also includes pre-collision which is a huge safety feature. I was driving on a back road with my wife MDX and a deer popped in front of the car, before I could react the car flashed warning lights and auto brake.
I will always take blind spot and pre-collision safety features.

A recent study by the Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI) found that Acura and Mercedes-Benz vehicles with forward collision warning and active braking had 14% fewer insurance claims filed for property damage compared to the same models without the technology. Adaptive headlights have also been shown by the HLDI to reduce property damage claims by 10% compared to the same vehicle with standard headlights.
An IIHS survey of owners of vehicles with crash prevention technology found that the majority felt the system made them safer drivers and would want their next vehicle to have the same features. Depending on the vehicle, 20% to 50% of owners reported that the system had helped them to avoid a crash.

Looks great - love the triple black. Some deviated stitching would definitely add some pop. Doesn't have to be red; since you've got the standard leather interior (non GTS Interior Package with the Alacantara), you can get deviating stitching a number of colors. I'd definitely go in that direction.
