If you don't have any wheel coating around the next time you give it a wash, the other thing you can do is to make sure that you dry the rotors before putting the car away (or take the car for a quick spin immediately afterwards).
The squeaking sucks but it's normal. Since there don't seem to be any bulletproof fixes out there outside of changing out components, I just brake harder.
