Default Official : My 2018 GTS Build

Ok guys. So I went for it. Was hesitant at first but learning from my other thread you guys convinced me.

Early-Mid August Delivery

Have till Friday before its locked in.

http://www.porsche-code.com/PJKTR5X8

Couple questions for you guys.

1. Will I have daytime running LED's like my GT4? Did notice the 4point option in the headlights( have to pick that option to get them ?)

2. The two steering wheels w heat. The GT one or the Carbon Fibre one? Not getting any CF inside the car but damn that wheel looks nice.

Thoughts guys? Any help as well. Thanks again. Im excited

I think you worry too much on small details.

I am not so sure on the early August delivery (it may be a later date).

The carbon wheel looks nice but I find them HOT in the summer and they can be slippery.

Thanks guys! Haha yea i tend to worry a lot actually. Esp when Im paying all this money. Just torn on the steering wheel. Hmmm

Edit: buddy of mine works @ Porsche. Said the CF wheels are crap. Crack/scratch easy and slippery. Made my decision. Def excited tho. Just gotta wait AGAIN. So what kinda free **** should I try to wiggle out of them?

Nice spec! Just my 2 cents.... match the sport chrono dial with the rest of your guages. Since you did red seatbelts you may consider red guages?

Was thinkn that. Well at least all white gauges. But i dont want the chrono loud so might just leave it black so it blends in w the black dash. I have had 6 white cars in a row so now im going w silver. Not that much of a drastic change so thats why I went w white gauges. Still need some white in there

Switch seat belts to Silver Grey and get rid of sunroof. I also have SportTex seats and you get lots of deviated stitching for free with them, they are awesome seats too.

Great suggestion! Silver seat belts silver car and white gauges. That's a winner

The CF wheel is the bigger diameter and slimmer rim, not the GT style.

I like the sunroof w the black roof. Should look super nice. Just wish it slid in and not out on top. Ehh

Dumb question. These do come w Sirius rt?

Very nice. I wish the configurator would show me the "Interior Package Painted i.c.w. Standard Interior" - that's a really cool choice to make match your silver metallic exterior.

I prefer the look of the sport design mirrors - I have never run into a situation where I needed the folding mirrors (and my garage door is as narrow as they come). The black trim on the folding mirrors is a bit out of place (although you can pay $650 to have it painted).

Then again I've also never run into a situation where I've needed a sunroof, so my next build won't include one of those, but some think it's a critical $2k to add to any spec. It's what you want that matters.
